Dear friend, let me tell you who is writing this.

I spent 11 and a half years at IBM, across six roles, and finished as a Financial & Sales Operations Manager. Before that, a JPA scholarship carried me out of a small Chinese village in Raub and into a Chemical Engineering degree in Seoul. On paper, a safe and steady path.

Then I walked away from it. I went into blockchain digital asset communities, and later into AI. In March 2025 I built a live web app for a blockchain community without writing a single line of code. I did it with AI. Within two months that app had matched over US$1 million in bonded assets. I am not a developer. I was just curious enough to try.

That is what I do now. I help people use AI to build things they did not believe they could build.

But when it came to speaking about my own story, I was as stuck as anyone. A blank page, and nothing on it.

So I enrolled in Paid To Speak as a Cohort 1 student and gave it everything I had. Two and a half months later I had my niche, my speaker profile and bio, and my online presence live.

That system is what I hand you on the live night. And I stay alongside you, through Butterfly on WhatsApp, until it is done.

I'm not an AI fan, and I will always prioritize human work over AI work. But I have to admit that Jane's training brought me back to the game. I hadn't even started my speaking career yet and I was already giving up. I have too many stories, too many experiences, and I simply couldn't decide where I could be of the most service.
