What to include
It helps us answer in one go if you write from the email address you registered with, and tell us:
- your full name;
- what you bought and the date you paid, if your question is about a booking or a payment;
- the amount and currency, if it is about a charge on your statement.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us before contacting your bank. We can normally identify it within a working day, which is faster for you than a dispute.
