The terms you agree to when you buy a seat.

From Blank Page to Booked is operated by J&J Thrive PLT, a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia under registration number 202504000771 (LLP0042267-LGN). These terms apply to this website, to the paid programme sold through it, and to the free materials we give away on it. By registering, paying, or downloading anything from us, you accept them.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean J&J Thrive PLT. “You” means the person buying a seat or using this website. The programme is facilitated by Jane Wai on behalf of J&J Thrive PLT.

2Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to you if you do any of the following:

• register and pay for a seat in the live session;
• give us your email address to download the Bookability Checklist or any other free material;
• use Butterfly, our AI assistant on WhatsApp, during your support period;
• browse this website.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a seat. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to commit that company to these terms.

3What you are buying

From Blank Page to Booked is a live online training session with digital materials. There is no physical product. A seat gives you:

• a place at the live session on the date shown on the sales page when you buy, held on Zoom;
• the recording of that session;
• the working files and templates used in the session;
• one month of Butterfly, our AI assistant on WhatsApp, running from the live session;
• any bonus stated on the sales page at the time you bought, on the conditions stated there. Where a bonus is limited to a number of seats, it ends when those places are taken, whatever the date.

Bonuses are part of the offer, not a separate purchase, and they carry no cash value.

4Price and currency

Prices are shown on the sales page and in the booking form before you pay. Prices in SGD and USD are shown in the booking form and are converted from the Malaysian Ringgit price.

The price you see is the price you pay. It includes any Malaysian tax that applies. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or cross-border fee, which is outside our control and is not refunded by us.

5How you pay

You book by completing the registration form linked from this website, which shows you how to pay in MYR, SGD or USD. Payments are processed by Airwallex, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number or bank credentials.

Your booking is confirmed only when we have received payment and sent you a confirmation email. If payment fails or is reversed, the seat is not held.

The descriptor that appears on your card or bank statement is that of J&J Thrive PLT or its payment provider. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank — we will find it and sort it out faster.

6Delivery

Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, no delivery addresses and no customs charges.

• Confirmation: by email, normally within 24 hours of payment.
• Zoom link: by email the day before the session.
• Recording and files: by email within 48 hours after the live session.
• Butterfly on WhatsApp: access details by email before the session; your month starts from the live session.
• Free downloads: by email, immediately after you confirm your address.

If something we have promised has not reached you, email hello@blankpagetobooked.com and we will send it again. Delivery is to the email address you gave us, so please give us one you actually read.

7Refunds and cancellation

Seats are final and we do not refund them. You do not lose what you paid for: if you cannot attend on the night, the recording, the files and your month of Butterfly still come to you, or you may pass your seat to someone else by telling us their name and email before the session. If we cancel the session, you get a full refund.

8What you need to take part

To get the value out of the session you need a Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription (roughly USD 20 a month, paid to that provider, not to us), a laptop, a working internet connection, WhatsApp, and about three hours of your time across two chats. These are your responsibility and your cost. We are not the provider of those tools and cannot refund a seat because you chose not to get them.

9Your side of the bargain

• Give us accurate registration details, and tell us if your email or WhatsApp number changes.
• Use one seat for one person. Seats are not shared, and the Zoom link is not to be forwarded.
• Behave civilly in the session and with Butterfly. We may remove anyone who is abusive, and no refund is due in that case.
• Do not record, re-broadcast or resell the session.
• Use the material lawfully, and comply with Malaysian law.

10What you may and may not do with the material

The session, the recording, the slides, the templates, the checklist, the skill files and Butterfly's prompts remain the intellectual property of J&J Thrive PLT. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own speaking career, including commercially in your own speaking work.

You may not resell them, publish them, share them in a group or a course of your own, or use them to train or build a competing programme or AI assistant.

11No guarantee of results

We teach a method and give you tools. We do not promise that you will be booked, paid, hired or invited to speak, and we do not promise any level of income. What any past participant achieved is their result, not a forecast of yours. What you get out of this depends on your own work, your market and factors none of us controls.

Nothing in the session, the materials or Butterfly is legal, financial, tax, medical or career advice. Butterfly is an AI assistant: it can be wrong, and you should check anything important before you act on it.

12Your personal data

We handle your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. What we collect, why, who else processes it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do are set out in our Privacy notice.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Malaysian law, J&J Thrive PLT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, lost bookings, lost opportunities or lost data arising from the session, the materials or Butterfly.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as a Zoom, WhatsApp, internet or power failure. If the live session is disrupted for such a reason, we will run a replacement session or give you the recording.

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your seat. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will tell registrants by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you paid.
