Your details, and what we do with them.
From Blank Page to Booked is run by J&J Thrive PLT (LLP0042267-LGN), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do. It is given under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- If you ask for the Bookability Checklist: your email address.
- If you register for the live session: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the currency you pay in, and a copy of your payment receipt.
- If you email or message us: whatever you choose to include.
- Automatically: our email tool records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, and our website host keeps standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To send you the checklist, then a few emails about From Blank Page to Booked. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- To run the live session for registrants: your confirmation, the Zoom link, the recording and files, access to Butterfly (Jane's AI assistant on WhatsApp, which is why we ask for your WhatsApp number), and the 1-on-1 booking for those who qualify.
- To keep payment records, which Malaysian law requires us to hold for seven years.
- To answer your questions.
Giving us your details is your choice. Without an email address we cannot send the checklist, and without the registration details we cannot give you a seat.
Who else handles it
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by the services we use to run the programme: MailerLite (email), Google (forms, sheets, and Drive), Zoom (the live session), WhatsApp (Butterfly), Airwallex (payments), and Netlify and Cloudflare (this website and our email). Some of these services store data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Registration and payment records are kept for seven years, as accounting law requires. Messages you send to Butterfly are read by Jane to improve its answers, kept while your support period runs, and deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email hello@blankpagetobooked.com and we will reply within 21 days.

From Blank Page to Booked dikendalikan oleh J&J Thrive PLT (LLP0042267-LGN), sebuah perkongsian liabiliti terhad yang didaftarkan di Malaysia. Notis ini diberikan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010.
Apa yang kami kumpul
- Jika anda meminta Bookability Checklist: alamat e-mel anda.
- Jika anda mendaftar untuk sesi langsung: nama, alamat e-mel, nombor WhatsApp, mata wang pembayaran, dan salinan resit pembayaran anda.
- Jika anda menghantar e-mel atau mesej kepada kami: apa sahaja yang anda sertakan.
- Secara automatik: alat e-mel kami merekodkan sama ada e-mel dibuka dan pautan mana yang diklik, dan pengehos laman web kami menyimpan log pelayan yang biasa. Kami tidak menggunakan penjejak pengiklanan.
Mengapa kami menggunakannya
- Untuk menghantar checklist tersebut, kemudian beberapa e-mel tentang From Blank Page to Booked. Anda boleh berhenti melanggan pada bila-bila masa melalui pautan di bahagian bawah setiap e-mel.
- Untuk mengendalikan sesi langsung bagi peserta berdaftar: pengesahan, pautan Zoom, rakaman dan fail, akses kepada Butterfly (pembantu AI Jane di WhatsApp, sebab itu kami meminta nombor WhatsApp anda), dan tempahan sesi 1-dengan-1 bagi yang layak.
- Untuk menyimpan rekod pembayaran, yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang Malaysia untuk disimpan selama tujuh tahun.
- Untuk menjawab pertanyaan anda.
Memberikan butiran anda adalah pilihan anda. Tanpa alamat e-mel, kami tidak dapat menghantar checklist tersebut, dan tanpa butiran pendaftaran, kami tidak dapat memberikan anda tempat.
Pihak lain yang memproses data
Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan data anda. Data diproses oleh perkhidmatan yang kami gunakan untuk mengendalikan program ini: MailerLite (e-mel), Google (borang, helaian, dan Drive), Zoom (sesi langsung), WhatsApp (Butterfly), Airwallex (pembayaran), serta Netlify dan Cloudflare (laman web dan e-mel kami). Sebahagian daripada perkhidmatan ini menyimpan data di luar Malaysia.
Tempoh simpanan
Alamat e-mel anda kekal dalam senarai sehingga anda berhenti melanggan atau meminta kami memadamkannya. Rekod pendaftaran dan pembayaran disimpan selama tujuh tahun seperti yang dikehendaki undang-undang perakaunan. Mesej yang anda hantar kepada Butterfly dibaca oleh Jane untuk menambah baik jawapannya, disimpan sepanjang tempoh sokongan anda, dan dipadamkan selepas itu.
Hak anda
Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat data peribadi anda yang kami simpan, membetulkannya, menarik balik persetujuan anda, atau meminta ia dipadamkan, kecuali jika undang-undang mengehendaki kami menyimpannya. E-mel hello@blankpagetobooked.com dan kami akan membalas dalam masa 21 hari.
